- Absence without leave application is seriously viewed and in case of ten consecutive days of absence the name of the pupil shall be struck off the rolls. He would be re-admitted after he/she paid all the dues with fresh admission fee, and that too at the direction of the principal. HP Board/Education Department rules will be strictly followed in this regard.
- For leave absence, the parent must send a letter and also a note made in the diary. All students are expected to attend class on the opening /closing day before and after the vacations,
- If the cause of absence is sickness then it must be supported with a medical certificate. Students attending the school after suffering from an infectious disease then fitness certificate must be produced on re-joining the school.
- No short leave is permitted in the school, if the same is needed, parents must retain them at home.
- Students of classes 9th to +2 should submit the leave application one day in advance.
